I recently stayed at Royal Hotel in Bissau for a business trip, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa services. I treated myself to a relaxing massage, which was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of meetings. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a truly luxurious experience. the hotel's amenities were fantastic, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful pool area. Royal Hotel provided an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend it.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at Royal Hotel was with the executive suite I booked.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and was pleased to find that Bissau Royal Hotel provides guests with access to a fax machine and photocopier, as well as a business centre. These amenities made it convenient for me to handle my work-related tasks during my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room for conferences or presentations. It would have been helpful to have a space specifically designed for conducting business meetings within the hotel premises.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with clean rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and important facilities. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay, especially Jean Paul at the reception.
The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Liked the breakfast buffet and kind staff who helped us navigate the city. The comfortable bed and clean rooms made for a relaxing stay. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.
Disliked the lack of basic kitchen amenities in the executive suite, which made it difficult to cook. These small additions would have made our stay more enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. com's Genius program, I received a nice discount. The hotel's furnishings and decor were impressive, as it was relatively new. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying. The receptionist, Umo, was particularly helpful and kind. The lobby areas were accessible and well-maintained.
There were some technical issues with the first and second rooms I wanted to take, but the third room turned out to be okay. The bathroom was narrow, and the doors of the rooms closed with a loud bang, which could be disruptive.
